City Council holds last meeting of 2014

Consent agenda items outnumbered action items when the City Council held their second regular meeting for December. Mayor Darren Rozell called the Dec. 16 meeting to order at 6:30 p. m. with all Council members present. The Mayor then gave the invocation and led Council members and visitors in the Pledge of Allegiance.
