Charles “Charlie” Dennis Rowe passed away in a Dallas Hospital on Friday, November 15, 2013. Charlie was born in Kansas on July 20, 1952 to Herbert and Elizabeth Rowe. Charlie later moved to Texas where he met his wife of 33 years, Susan Rowe. Charlie worked at the local Forney Walmart in the vision center and was well loved by his coworkers and customers. He was always taking time out of his day to make others laugh. Many people will remember his smile and how helpful he was to all. Charlie Rowe was a great father, husband and new grandpa. He is survived by his wife, Susan Rowe; is son, Ryan Rowe; his daughter Amanda Rowe Humphrey; his grandson, Caleb Humphrey; sisters Ruth Ann Silkwood and Kathy Rowe; nieces, nephews and many other family and friends. Connect Church Forney (309 S. Bois D’Arc, Forney - Forney Academic Center) will host a Celebration of Life service for Charlie on Saturday, November 23 at 2 p.m.
