Brought together by fate: traveling artist meets star of his favorite movie

The Forney Messenger played a key role last week in a meeting between a traveling artist and the Forney actress who starred in his all-time favorite motion picture. It all started sometime around April 17 when I got a telephone call from a Mark Brown, who told me he travels around the country selling his artwork, which consists mostly of pencil-drawn portraits of Western movie actors and well-known historic Western characters.
