Finance Department receives prestigious Leadership Circle Silver Member Award

During their regular meeting Tuesday evening, the City of Forney’s Finance Department was honored by Texas Comptroller Susan Combs for receiving the Texas Comptroller’s Leadership Circle Silver Member Award for the fifth consecutive year. The award is for continued progress for achieving financial transparency. The award recognizes local governments across Texas that are striving to meet high standards of financial transparency online.
