Driver held in 2-vehicle injury mishap

The driver of a 2013 Mazda CX9 that rear-ended a 2008 Dodge Caliber on FM 548 has been charged with intoxication assault with a vehicle, according to a report issued by Forney police. Kiva Lindsey Bostick, 28, of Forney was taken into custody after her Mazda struck the Dodge as the driver of the Dodge was beginning to make a left-hand turn into the Walmart parking lot entrance.
