Forney High U. I. L. academic teams wrap up successful year

Last week’s article gave information about Forney High School’s University Interscholastic League Academic Team and 2013 fall “practice meets” they entered to prepare for the “District Meet” in the spring of 2014. This week’s article picks up in January of 2014, on Friday and Saturday (9th and 10th), as a large FHS group of 48 Academic Team members once again travelled to Princeton High School for a larger and more intense meet than they had entered there in the fall, and they “stole the show” in Science and Math, as you will see farther into the article.
