Lady Rabbits win team title in Jackrabbit Invitational Power Lifting Meet

FORNEY—On Saturday, February 18, the Forney Jackrabbit power lifting teams hosted and  participated in the 10th annual Jackrabbit Invitational Power Lifting Meet. Overall, the Forney Lady Rabbit women won the team title while the North Forney men finished 2nd in their team competition. The teams at the meet this year were Forney High School, North Forney Waxahachie, Canton, Royse City, Rockwall- Heath, Terrell, Winona, Red Oak, Wills Point, Kaufman, Melissa, Sunnyvale, Argyle, Crandall, Maypearl, Weatherford High School, Ennis, Mesquite Poteet, Rowlett High School, South Garland, Kaufman, Coppell, and Nevada Community.
