Lisa passed peacefully from this life the morning of May 9. Lisa has touched many lives throughout her life. This is so apparent by the outpouring of love and support by so many. She never met a stranger and if you met Lisa once you were sure to never forget her. To fill her shoes as a mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend would be a very big job one not achievable by most. Her spirit will live on through each of us. Lisa is survived by her 5 children: Kayley Amelia Searles, Keaton Alan Searles, Kyler Austin Searles, Kohl Addison Searles and Kennedy Alexis Searles. She is also survived by her husband Trent Nichols, parents Wayne & Sylvia Novak Miller, Jerr y & Brenda Compton, sister Lori Hoskins, brother Brent Compton. nieces & nephews Lauren Bares ( Matt ) and children Wyatt & Zaine, Chase Grif fin and son Chance, Winter Blossom Hoskins, Nathan Miller and children Dustin & Destiny, Jason Miller (Stefani ) and children Alyssa, Brooke & Cristen. mother-in-law Terri Shepard, brother-in-law Chisolm Shepard and Granny Fern Brooks. Her children’s father, Melvin Searles & wife Aileen and Grandma Madge Searles. As well as a multitude of family and friends. Lisa was preceded in death by her brother Larry Wayne Miller, her maternal grandparents Paul & Emily Novak, paternal grandparents Ernest A & Cletta Compton and grandparents Conard & Nora Miller. Services will be Friday May 15, 2015 at New Hope Funeral Home 500 E Hwy 80 Sunnyvale, TX 75182. Visitation will be held from 3-4 pm with her service starting immediately following visitation. The family will accept visitors after the service at the home of Wayne & Sylvia Miller in Forney.
