Lewis Dean Vaughn, age 60, of Lewisville, Texas passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family on April 8, 2014. He was born March 6, 1954 in Lawton, OK to John and Hazel Vaughn. He married Donna Bastas on October 25, 1980. Lewis was a 1972 graduate of Forney High School. Among his many talents and accomplishments were furniture and cabinet making, playing the guitar, martial arts black belt and was a skilled model aircraft builder and flier. He is survived by his wife, Donna Vaughn; daughter Shannon Vaughn and husband Allen Speakman; sons, John Vaughn, Danny Bastas and wife Brenda and Carl Bastas; mother, Hazel Bar tek; sister, Michele Fetsch and husband Rick Fetsch; brother, Kenny Vaughn and wife Melanie Vaughn, son Wesley Vaughn; ten grandchildren. A memorial service was held on April l2, 2014 at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville.
