CWD presents Mayor, city with recycling plaque

After CWD’s annual report at the Mar. 7 City Council meeting, Greg Romer, President of CWD, presented Mayor Rick Wilson with a plaque recognizing CWD and the citizens of Forney for their recycling efforts.
